The main business of Wirazone Sdn Bhd is the distribution of electricity and chilled water to customers in Kuala Lumpur Sentral initially and as opportunities arises, in other developments. Using state of the art technology, Wirazone will be at the forefront of providing excellent customer responsive services in both electricity and chilled water supply and in the provision of added value services.

1. Electricity Distribution System (EDS)

In EDS, Wirazone purchased electricity in bulk from Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and distributes at 11kV and 415/240V to all buildings located within Kuala Lumpur Sentral. The EDS project is operated and maintained by Wirazone. We have commenced operation in July, 2000. The tariff charged by Wirazone is approved by the Energy Commission and will be the same as of the existing utility company, except that we strive for providing excellent customer responsive services.

2. Centralized Chilled Water Plant (CCWP)

The company also provides chilled water for air-conditioning purposes to Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral’s office complex through its Centralized Chilled Water Plant. The plant capacity is 7000 Refrigerant Tonne (RT) supplying to four blocks of office buildings.
