Customers are provided with a differentiated service in terms of more responsive customer services and more advanced technology usage, through the use of an enhanced customer interface and customer information system.

dsc_5447web1Customer Care is located at Level 13A, Block 3B, Plaza Sentral to provide convenience and efficient services to Wirazone customers. Customers are offered with various ways for bill payments that enable them to pay via the normal methods i.e. Cash or Cheque, Online Banking through Maybank2u.com, RHB Bank and CIMB Online, and payments by Credit Card can be made online through Maybank2u.com or walk-in at our Customer Care.

For the convenience of payments during the weekends or public holidays, customers can drop their cheques at the  Express Cheque Counter located at Level 13A, Block 3B, Plaza Sentral, or the Fascek Machines,  placed at Level 4, Block B, Suasana Sentral Condominium, Kuala Lumpur Sentral and at the Lobby, near Management Office, Suasana Sentral Loft Condominium, Kuala Lumpur Sentral.  We will continuously add more payment options for our customers.
