We foresee an opportunity in providing you with these services as it will be an advantage to the building owner/building management. We are a 24-hour operating company having a Central Control Room with advanced monitoring system that can operate on a remote basis located in Block D of Plaza Sentral. Our competent personnel are on duty 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We have a pool close associates who can give prompt support on technical and material resources.

Scope of Services offered:

  1. To provide a Visiting Engineer as per statutory requirement under the Electricity Act 1990.
  2. To provide Competent Personnel for Medium Voltage equipment operation as per statutory requirement under the Electricity Act 1990.
  3. To carry out routine and scheduled maintenance activities on selected equipment.
  4. Calibration/recalibration, testing, grading of protection relays, energy meters etc.
  5. Other technical services such as technical support, documentation writing in preparation for ISO 9001:2000 or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Permit to Work (PTW) system etc.
  6. On the Job Training (OJT) for technical personnel.

By providing the services above, you can avoid having to engage a dedicated and full time Competent Resident Engineer and a Medium Voltage Chargeman. Switching operation for the medium voltage switchgear could be done faster and safer. We will also ensure you timely maintenance of the equipment under the job scope and in accordance to good and  prudent engineering practice. Well maintained equipment will reduce the probability of equipment failure and breakdown.
